Passenger window lost programing. To reprogram, turn the key on, go to the passenger side and with the passemger switch run the window all the way down and hold switch in down position for 2 seconds, then run all the way up and hold in up position for 2 seconds, then repeat again within 5 seconds. Should work from drivers side master switch now.
1. Check the fuses in the under-dash fuse block located near the driver side kick panel. Turn the ignition key to the run position. Attach the battery clips of the circuit tester to the vehicle's battery terminals and touch the probe end to the two metal test pins on the fuses.

This is a known problem with Santa Fe's. The window regulator causes the window to squeak. Get the dealer to replace it with a new one asap and don't let them talk you into lubricating parts as that is only a temporary solution. bambew Member Posts: 43. June 2008.
