It's really unstable. For the past 3 years, I've gotten a stable 65 Ping in LoL. This is great for me. For the past 2 weeks though, I'll start at 65, then randomly (really random) spike between 65 and 400. I think it generally stays close to 150, but just spikes up and down constantly .
