Given the options I selected and my own tastes, the biggest reason to choose m sport is the steering wheel. It about $900 more for m sport. In the past I have the 5 series and 3 series with the sport package and M sport respectively. My current order is a X5 35d with the luxury line. As I get older I realize that I don't want to worry about hitting curb stops and potholes so I went with the luxury line X35 with 19 inch wheels.
